Christmas 2025 last recommended order dates:
This year please order your goodies by these dates to receive items before Christmas. We have taken into account any processing time.
NSW, ACT (metro): Thursday 18 December 2025.
VIC, SA, QLD: Tuesday 16 December 2025.
WA/NT/TAS/NZ + any rural areas: Sunday 14 December 2025.
Alternatively you can pick Express Post outside these dates for a faster turnaround.
Note that processing times may be slightly longer over the Christmas period, however our shop remains open. You are welcome to use the code: DECEMBER for 15% off until 31 Dec 2025.
General shipping terms & conditions
We love new orders! All new orders are processed and sent within 2-3 business days, so you and your furry friend can get stuck into those yummy treats and try your new enrichment. Please allow extra time during holiday periods or a big sale periods. (3-5 days processing time).
Shipping
We use Australia Post for our deliveries sent from Sydney NSW. Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 days. Rural areas and parcels to WA and NT may take up to 7 working days with standard post. Express Post currently takes 2-3 days. We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $15.95 for all other orders which are shipped with Australia Post. Express shipping is available at $21.95.
Local Pickup
Unfortunately we have decided to no longer offer local pickup. If you want to pick up at a scheduled market please email or message us.
New Zealand shipping
We are now trialing shipping to New Zealand! All orders to New Zealand are sent by Australia Post as standard shipping. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $27NZD for parcels shipped to NZ. We do not take responsibility for any added customs should they occur.
Customers outside of Australia are responsible for paying any import/duty taxes that may apply, as well as checking their country's import requirements. We will not be responsible for any possible extra charges that occur.
Returns & Refunds
As a small business we cannot offer a refund for change of minds. If an item is faulty we will offer a replacement or a refund, if notified within 14 days of receiving the product. If your parcel is missing, you need to notify us within 7 days of estimated delivery for us to find a solution and make a claim with Australia Post. Any parcels returned to us due to incorrect address requires a new shipping fee of $14.95 to be paid by the customer if you wish us to attempt redelivery.
